There is a number on the website under contact us, but I'd suggest (if you have a landline) to ring the 0800 number somewhere on the order confirmation email.

I am so livid i have been waiting for 2 months and still no calling credit i have made 4 calls each time promised it would be credited within 2 days still nothing every time i call i get shunted to an Indian Call Centre who say all we can do is email to the technical department.

Any one got any ideals of my next action.
