Has anyone else had a problem getting there original payment refunded, I paid with my credit card on the 28th dec had the email to say no stock beginning of January, I cancelled my order straight away it is now the 15th January and I still havent had my credit card payment refunded - anyone else had the same problem :mad:0

i was told the F210 has been discontinued so there won't be any new stock. So it's either choose another phone or get a refund.

Can anyone give me advise on the unlocking part. By the way i got the black samsung instead of the metallic blue even though it states blue on my box.
Anyway ive downloaded the driver files.
downloaded the samsung 4.0.4
rebooted computer
put the samsung phone in with the USB. (do i have to insert an orange sim at this point)??
Go to device manager, ports however it doesnt show me which port my samsungs at.
Anyway i load up the programme samsung 4.0.4 and have the only option of port 1 or 3 i think. (not at home so cant remember.)
Anyway it doesnt unlock. What am i doing wrong?????0 -
The orange sim has to be in the phone for the usb to recognise it.

i was going to cancel however after Orange told me how long i would have to wait to see the funds go back into my account i did not bother i could not be patient to wait 10 working days for the credit to appear. So i took my chance and had a motorola E82010 - Goals
1. on the long road to hopefully adopting a child - Home Visit 3 Feb 2010
2. Planning to clear my credit card debt.
3. lose weight.

I've been waiting for a refund since 30th dec when the phone first didnt turn up. I have phoned loads of times and was last told that it wasnt even processed till 5th and I was to give it 10 working days, which was today. I phoned this morning and they told me that I had to wait till end of bussiness to see if it went in,which it didnt. Then I rang again after 5pm and was told that the finance department conveniently closed at 5pm so I now have to wait till monday :mad: All I want is my damn money back.0

I know from past dealings Orange can be very bad at customer service but this is exceptionally terrible.
I am wondering if they are in a spot of financial difficulty.
I finally have my sim now I do the wait for my credit to appear on it...0
