i just phoned up there customer services to ask about the £10 top up and they say it can take up to 5 working days for it to appear

Just tried my luck emailing Paul Edney. Taking too many orders for stock is one thing repeatedly lying to customers is another.

Today I went for the E8 after being told there were only 100 left and no more F210s ever.
I am sure in a few days another lot of F210s will be posted out again like happened before but it is to big a risk to take when the e8 is running out.

It wasn't signed for - just left on my doorstep a day late. Orange obviously know the IMEI/SIM numbers and I couldn't be that dishonest tbh!

i have had totally the same experience as you i ordered the sim thing aswell and not having delivery til monday i ordered too on the same day as you your story is a mirror image of mine:mad:

got my e8 this morning and was initially chuffed with it, however, now im not too sure!
the phone is bloody huge and no where near as cute as the f210, i think im gonna send it back, ask for a refund and pretend this whole thing never happened! damn those cretins at orange, how dare they mess me around like this:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Incidentally, my F210 was the black one even though it says blue on the box. Still no sign of my credit - 10 minutes indeed! Guess I'll leave it a week or so then - thanks madinternetuser!

What, they run out of sim cards now?

Mine's black too - hadn't even noticed. No £10 credit yet either.
(but I have unlocked it and quite happy!)
