    I have got my £10 credit at last,:j Although yesterday morning i found i had no signal at all so i used my vodafone to call some other friends on orange but i kept getting answer phone.:mad: I phoned orange and they said they were very sorry but we wouldnt have any reception in my area within a 10 mile radius until late sunday nite.:mad: :mad: As u can imagine i vented my frustration on the cs guy, told him about all the agro orange have caused for so many ppl of late with their F210 balls up an now no reception and why they cant blame ppl for wanting to unlock these phones up to other networks cos basicaly orange r failing us.
    Well can u believe it, the nework was up an runnin again by 4pm yesterday, lol.:D :D:D
    By the way the rokr e8 is a great fone glad the f210 was out of stock.:j

  • Has anyone else had a problem getting there original payment refunded, I paid with my credit card on the 28th dec had the email to say no stock beginning of January, I cancelled my order straight away it is now the 15th January and I still havent had my credit card payment refunded - anyone else had the same problem :mad:


    FINALLY refunded my 18.50 on the 21st Jan But they have not refunded the £10 credit I had to buy at the same time which I obviously dont need and have not received in any case - anyone else had this problem :confused:

    are they legally allowed to take this long to refund ??? and also not to repay the £10 credit which had to be purchased at the same time ???

    Check your bank statement to see if you were charged for it. My invoice said 0.00.

    As for getting the credit, if you find you've paid for it, pester them!! I was told it would be on in 7 days... after 8 there was still no sogn of the credit. I phoned and they said it hadn't been processed and would be 24~48 hours. I finally got my credit 70 hours later!!!

    I ordered on 26 December and my cc was charged that day. On receipt of the oos email on 31 December, I phoned up to cancel. When I phoned up a few days later to query the whereabouts of my refund, I was told that it was not processed until 5 January. On 15 January, I emailed
    [EMAIL="'paul.t.edney@orange-ftgroup.com'"]'paul.t.edney@orange-ftgroup.com'[/EMAIL] about the matter. I received an email back to say that a refund for £18.50 had been made (funnily enough that same day) and that a further £10 was being refunded for the £10 top-up. When I replied that this was not to my satisfaction, I received a further, more apologetic response for their mistakes, and an offer of an additional £10 as a goodwill gesture. I have received the £10 refund for the top-up, but not the goodwill gesture, yet. I will wait 10 days from the date of the email, and then email back.
