I had wondered that, but it doesn't make it clear, but no surprise there really. Then I also wondered if they would be out of stock too and how long that would take to resolve.
Ebay listings of the F210 are being cancelled as I type, people must've listed the phones before they got them. Kinda like Orange when you think about it!0 -
Orange should be called Lemon.:rolleyes:0

Hello,
We recently emailed you about your order for the Samsung F210 Blue on Pay as you go.
No you didn't. (Unless they mean the order confirmation sent on the 27th?)
Due to the high demand for this offer we are now out of stock.
But you said more was coming in?
To avoid disappointment we have identified some alternatives that you may wish to choose from:
etc..
I ordered on the 27th and they debited my account straight away. (First I have heard from them since then) - waited in all day last Tuesday for nothing.
:T No mention of any additional cost, so why not go for the E8 ?0 -
I haven't yet got this email. When I phoned they assured me I'd have my phone by tuesday (today) once they get in more stock, which is now very unlikely given that I've had no dispatch email.

I've had the email to say out of stock.
BUT just spoke to them on the phone for an update (NOT mentioning the email) and they assured me that all orders will be fulfilled.0 -
Email here too. Have opted for the Motorola ROKR E8 as a replacement but made it perfectly clear that I would only accept it provided that I would incur no more cost.
Shocking customer service, on a par with Debenhams online. Wonder what the chances are now of two phones turning up?0 -
Barnabee I done the same, email them and say I only accept the Moto E8 as a direct replacement with no further charge incur.
My take is that they couldn't get enough stock in or decided that they would lose too much profit if they honour all the orders.0 -
I've just had the email too:mad:
Still the Motorola Rokr is listed at £81 on Orange and if its a direct replacement then I will be happy.
I did google this phone and there's some selling it for well over £100, so getting it for £20 isnt so bad.:beer:0
