  • I want to do some fundraising at work with Christmas crafty things and think I am going to go for...

    *Fudge
    *Biscotti
*Christmas tree biscuits (the ones with the 'windows' made of sweets'

Any more ideas of easy but impressive looking crafts? I want to make up little bags and sell them for about £1 each. Does anyone know a good place to get small cello bags from cheaply?

    Thanks!

I wanted to share with you some of my (very basic) crafting and also ask for some advise from those who actually have imagination /inspiration - which i severly lack!!
I've made some decorations for the tree. i was experimenting with the size and have decided i much prefer the smaller ones!

Oh I love the decorations they remind me of years ago when we used to make something similar with the Brownies from old Christmas cards to sell at the local church fayre

Can I be cheeky and ask about your work desks (by the way I am so jealous of three desks). Are they bought ones or made to measure. I am trying to find a table for my craft room as at the moment I am using the one from my study and therefore not getting any paperwork done (such a shame lol). But not found anything I like yet but like the look of yours

kacy - love the decoration :T
The stocking you've made for your son is brilliant :T I think felt would be better.........you could do a different colour for each letter or stick with red or green to be festive..................just my opinion.

I do envy you folk with craft area (messy or not)..........I have to cart my stuff from drawers and boxes in one room to the kitchen table and do it all there (annoys OH sometimes when he's trying to read the paper.............lol)
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

they are white ikea kitchen pragel worktops, one is size 126cm x 62 two of them are 246 x 62 one of the worttops had to be cut down to fit the wall and i used the ikea curry legs to mount them on and then bought drawers for underneath them.

kacy i really like the felt decorations.the sewing on the stockings is fab-im deff not a sew`er- and like others have said if thats you not being crafty well you are better than me.as for thought on what to do to fill out space on stockings i agree that name in felt seems a good idea possibly finished off with sequins, glitter glue pom poms ribbons etc.
