Put a photo (kids, pet, other) and a yearly calendar back to back and laminate in a wallet sized laminating pouch, for a lovely little stocking filler.

Me too definitely - in January I reckon. I love your Snowman advent. Have you all seen the £5 wooden ones in Tescos? I've bought some of those to alter. Got 3 for the girls and picked another up for me today as am not allowed to do a spooky christmas for them :D

I was thinking of getting my daughter (11) to write a poem for my family, then getting all 3 of my kids to do a hand print at the bottom and then frame it
Man who run into airport turn-styles is going to Bangkok

To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research ;)

Not having a good day here - not only can I not find the Go go hamsters for my daughters but after reading the thread last night I went shopping for some flannels for reindeer, chocolate chips, marshmallows, candy canes and some nice mugs for snowman soup, oh yes and fluffy socks for my daughter's friends for sock cupcakes.

After trawling round town and then Asda, Tesco, Matalan, and the Factory shop, for the above things I have still yet to find the flannels or candy canes. Can some one help and tell me where they found theirs! Boots had a couple of flannels but pink and over £1 each.

    Thanks
  • i am amazed you didnt get flannels in tesco??
