the sell by date only applys in its raw state
once its cooked it becomes a 'new' product with an applicable shelf life0 -

Use by to me is "cook by" -cold meat from it then is on a "new clock".I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

OK then ... there are ways to get around allergies?
when you get to the point of carrying adrenaline epipens for items that are always in the kitchen it gets a bit risky to say the least
i was left with the option of giving up fine dining and cooking in crumby little places or just forgetting the lot
i tried the crumby little places but it wasnt for me0
