Well made another overpayment of £200 making a total overpayment for february of £810 - helps that no council tax.

Had a query with santender as isa amount quoted on statement was well under what I thought was in the account. Anyway the statment was wrong and I managed to get £245 in interest -so not too bad.

This weekend we have friends over for dinner on saturday and visiting other friends on sunday.

DD is having a birthday party at the end of March so have been buying a few bits and pieces at good prices for party bags etc. DD birthday present is also bought so no more presents to buy during March.

Next project for the house will hopefully to find a joiner to replace all internal doors in the house during the school holidays in April.

Hi thought I would update - current balance is £105259.45 so this is the balance for the mfit11 challenge. Nearly managed to get to the target I had set so will need to rethink this.

At moment organising DD 4th birthday party which is in 2 weeks time - everything nearly done apart from trying to track down a nice but not too pricey cake.

Looking forward to next weekend as we are away for a short weekend near the seaside - no doubt it will be freezing but it will be good and we will enjoy.

Not made any overpayment yets as not been into town to do this. Hopefully I can do this on saturday morning.

Managed to make an overpayment of £400 to part 1 and £300 to part 2 on saturday. Hopefully I can do another overpayment later in the month if we do not spend too much this weekend whilst away in sunny largs. Looking forward to our break away.

Managed to get a nice cake ordered for DD birthday at ok price for what you get and its more than normal but its her 1st proper birthday party with all her friends.

Wow - you have paid off so much since moving. Well done. And that is as well as spending on the house. Inspirational.

Hope your DD has a lovely birthday party.

Well we made another overpayment to the mortgage today £100 to part 1 and £50 to part 2 making the total overpayment for March £850.

We are having work done to the house next week whilst off work - new internal doors fitted and painted.

DD party was on saturday and it went well. The brithday girl certainly love her party at soft play and then back at the house with friends and family.

    Hope everyone is keeping well.

Made an overpayment of £300 to part 1 and £240 to part 2 of our mortgage for the month of April. Im afraid this is it as we are running low of funds for the rest of the month.

Had all our internal brown doors replaced with nice white ones - the house is really coming together now but still got stuff to do which we will do as we can and save up the money.
