That's great that excludes a lot of genuine holders
Can I ask is your profession doctor by chance?
A lot of people have hidden disabilities, heart conditions dont always effect walking.Daytona_nev wrote: »What we need is people with clipboards standing by the disabled spots. If someone gets out and doesn't walk badly enough, they get their blue badge revoked.0 -

Really glad you have a lot of sympathy for those less fortunate
You will hopefully be old one day yourself and have a disability of have a unfortunate accident and loose some limbs. Perhaps you might feel differently then
Glad no one on here can make the decision whether a BB holder is entitled to park or not, despite what peoples views getting one isnt easy task you are tested and asked how you disability effects you backed up by your doctor in some casesDaytona_nev wrote: »Bringing natural selection back into the human race isn't a bad thing.0 -
Indeed
If you going to make sarcastic comments perhaps this isnt the place for it, I think people that have a disability which I do but not one that effects me to use a BB space have enough problems in the real worldDaytona_nev wrote: »I think it was the abscence of a smily face that led to the emergence of a very high horse.:rolleyes:0 -

This used to be the case with my local Asda too, twice as many P&C spaces than disabled, but a couple of months ago everything changed and most of the P&C spaces were changed to disabled, leaving a handful of P&C spaces at the far end of the car park (still near to the store but not right outside).
There were still problems tho with people parking in the disabled bays when they had no entitlement to, but that was soon sorted, they have now employed attendants who monitor the bays.0
