are you self employed then kiki? me too, but I still have a day job. Thanks for the exercise advice there missy will give the weights thing some thought. My little bro does off road mountain biking - he and mates hire a van and then cycle down hills that people are using crampons to climb up. He's had quite a lot of stitches and comes home very mucky.

sorry it's not going well beanie - did you decide what to do about hte handbag? and congrats raph! did you not fancy a frock as well?

It's my birthday today and I have just got my present off OH - some books and a note promising me a dead rat. Who says romance is dead?(it's for using in ww2 re-enacrtment btw. IT will be stuffed with plasticine which is standing in for explosive. They were produced by SOE to be left in coal heaps at occupied french railway stations. The plan being that they would eventually get shovelled into a railway engine and make the train go boom)

Good morning everyone, what happened to the sun, freezing fog here now:mad:? You really need loads of warming foods to eat when the weather is like this (at least I do:o)

OK - here is my plan for today:

Breakfast - egg and bacon plus yogurt and berries plus a banana (free)

    milk in coffees (hea)

Lunch - left oven SW chicken curry from the freezer along with the remains of last nights rice (free)

Snack - coffee and a couple of alpen lights (choc&toffee) cut into small pieces and I shall pretend I am eating chocs:p (heb)

Dinner - sausages with mashed potatoes and peas plus a yorkshire pudding! (4 syns)

Evening - jelly with sliced bananas and yogurt (1 syn)

That should see me through the day:p:rotfl:

    Love
    Marion

Have still yet to catch up on recent posts, but am doing HHE at 9.30am on the Wii (which will probably end up being closer to an hour knowing me). Will post back results later....

Victory - does your browser resize larger images to screen height automatically? If so, try clicking on the small image when it comes up :)

Bails thanks for the offer of mountain bike loan ;) I don't think my friends who saw my monster crash last time around would be in too much of a hurry to lend me a bike :rotfl: I'll try not to attempt anything too challenging like KPC's bro this time around :p but I can't wait to get myself away from the traffic

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY KPC :D:D:D
