  • Hi nmm, I've been a bit busy at work for the past couple of days, will also be going in tomorrow to try and catch up on everything - ho hum.

I didn't manage any exercise yesterday as it was so hectic and didn't get home till about 7pm.

    9/365 days - resolutions
    No chocolate - 9/9
    Bed before midnight - 8/9
    More exercise - 8/9

Fairly happy with that, my calories will only be 8847 for this week (after my late porridge) so am hoping that I may have lost my Christmas 'add ons'. Weigh in first thing in the morning - but will probably post after work,

HHE Result: 30 mins RC warm up, aerobics, toning and cool down

    FFM :)

I did the Core Stability workout, its called a workout only you don't sweat, its more like yoga with breathing and stretching, feel all relaxed now :) Going to do a HHSS and watch Desperate Housewives. Hope you enjoyed the HHE FFM, catch you later:j

HHE Result: 30 mins Core Stability Workout

EDIT: cross posted FFM :) You're doing really well on your resolutions, good luck with the weigh in tomorrow.

Hi All, trying to lose weight (again), would like to join the club :)

Target weight 12st 6 present weight 13st 11 (Already Lost 4Ibs this yr)

Calories for this week minus exercise walking to work etc.. (about 200-300 calories a day)

    Sun 1500
    Mon 1450
    Tue 1400
    Wed 1700
    thu 1800

God I'm so bored of being hungry!

Think I might treat myself to a couple of glasses of wine tonight, I hear sake rice wine has less calories than normal dry white wine?

    Wii Fit sounds like fun!

    Hi JD,
    Welcome to the LW24 Gang!

What kind of plan are you following? Is it just calorie counting? If so, that's what I've been doing too, but I have managed to not feel too hungry, so maybe we can swap tips? I have found that cutting down on the fats/carbs is definitely helping to keep my cravings at bay, and any fats I have are 'good' ones, and my carbs have to be comples (oats, wholemeal, etc). I see you're gaining an exercise credit too - good plan.

The Wii Fit is fun, and it's a good way of tracking the exercise/progress you make, because it logs your minutes of exercise in a 'piggy bank', and you get rated on your performance each time, so you have a target to aim for to improve, unless, like me you get 100% on the pushups!! As my Wii trainer mentioned (much to my amusement) 'you're clearly no stranger to exercise!' Ha ha ha!

You've come to the right place for some support on your journey to planet 'Target Weight'.
