I'll be posting the chart after 9pm - as I'm (happily) waiting for someone(can't remember who) to return from class tonight and I'm going to be watching masterchef.
Suprised myself by doing quite well yesterday & today on red days - being ill often makes me eat more.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Thanks for the support in spirit and in body for my HHE.
Did my davina dvd - warm up and legs and bums session (about 25 mins so Davina says) blimey it was tough, my thighs are killing me!!!
only managed 1451 steps again today, forgot to put the pedometer on while I did DVD. I must remember!!!!
I wonder if the day will ever come that I can do the whole DVD???
Booked our flights to Cyprus today (my mum lives there) we go on the 19th July. I'm not telling her I am on a diet and hopefully by then I will have lost 30-40lbs and will have toned up lots. She hasn't seen me since last August and I doubt she will be back in UK before July so it will be a suprise because I have already lost nearly 2 stone since I last saw her so all in all I will hopefully be 4 1/2 - 5 stone down.
Off for bath and my HHSS (what was this again?);)0 -
Right peeps, the first chart of 2009 is here:D
I've gone all colour coded: the pink (and asterisked) names are all newbies so you know who you are:D . Any newbie who's name hasn't appeared I hope is purely because you haven't posted your first loss yet (and a few have slipped in who haven't yet, for no particular rhyme nor reason other than my whim)
The lilac coloured are those of us who have been around for a while and are wiping the slate clean for a fresh challenge.
Slimmers of the week are London (great effort over the xmas period) and sarymaclary:T :T .
I'm sure I'll have made some mistakes, with the xmas break an all. Just let me know what needs to be corrected and it shall be doneI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Thanks for the chart BB.

Thanks BB! I think that the idea of "going lilac" as a euphimism for starting again is great. I may now apply it to several other aspects of my life .... look out Mr Granny - you're going lilac.0

Same reason I don't get on with aerobics - no coordination.
