Sorry FFM i was in the land of nod when the HHE was called. Your OH sounds like me and my OH, we used to play pc games until 5-6am some days, it got so bad that sometimes we didn't go to bed at all  We are gettting better though usually in bed for 3am and up around 10-11am, i have never been one to go to bed early, i can't sleep for some reason. I wil try and be around for the next HHE. As for the cross trainer, i saw one on ebay for £55 delivered the same one is in argos for £70, but my OH keeps saying you won't use it, haha i think blackmail is in order.
I'd like to be in the chart too please, i'll do my official weigh in's on a Monday, starting 5/1/09.Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0 -
Hi Bens mum - you are very welcome to join us. I completely understand re being weighedinfront of others, but I promise you, at ww & sw weighing is done very discretely in frontof one person only and you weight is never spoken out loud, onlt written down. ONly losses are publicly celebrated and even then, if you don't want that announce, a quiet word withe the consultant and she will not bring you to any one's attention.
Mruion - that's a great way to make friends: brilliant strategy:T .
I'm now officially lurgified with a chest infection. Boo hiss.
sw green day today:
Bkfast was a bowl of baked beans. Lunch will be sweetpotato & split pea soup and dinner mac cheese(42g 1/2 fat cheddar = HEA, flour:2.5syns, HM skimmed yog = free, macaronni, free)
Kiki, you are right - the sw plan gives great freedom but you are supposed to learn ty listen to when your body is full and not enlessly eat loads of free food like pasta beacuase 'you can'. However, it is supriseing how much you can eat and lose weight, although the nearer you are to target, the more you have to trim like any plan. It is an amazing plan in my opinion. Good luck with it:T .
FFM, hope the weigh in isn't too bad.
Catsmam, glad my thoughts were ok for you. Well done for chosing the healthier take away option - that's the way to do it: have a life and don't feel deprived. And balance take out food later in the week with HM stuff:T .
Well don missy of the run time:eek: . No seriously- that's brilliant (did you sell your wifit in the end?)
Today will be mostly spent going arghh and "no I might be sick but I really don't need those biscuits..."I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

I am loving this HHE challenge and my Wii fit. I have done another 30 mins:
- 4 mins Jogging
- 4 mins Hoola Advanced
- 5 mins step advanced
- 13 mins various balance (I love the penguin one)
- 4 mins Yoga
Well done to everyone who has managed HHE today and yesterday, FFM -I really don't jog but find this jogging ok cos I can hold down my boobs while I run and no one looks at me!! I find running round room a bit better than simply jogging on the spot.
Out tonight but anyone make HHE date for tomorrow Pm sometime??0 -
Sorry to hear that BB - I am just coming out of the other end of a nasty virus that seemed to attack my joints - have treated it homeopathically and am feeling a lot better now
) Hope you feel better soon.
Off to the inlaws for the night - it is a bit of a duty thing. They are lovely but I have so much other stuff to do, it is a bit of a chore. Hey ho.
Sold 18 out of 19 things on ebay last night - some for a lot more than I expected ;o). My sisters sofa and chair went so she's happy.

Oh - forgot to add...I went to the gym this morning to weigh myself before eating, and I am 70kg precisely.
BBelle - that's 70kg starting weight for the chart, please.' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -
So busy doing my HHE I forgot to post my weekly weigh in. I managed to keep my calories down to 16957 this week (bearing in mind I had hit 14742 by the end of day 5  ). So, this week I am reporting a 1.6lb gain.
I will be working hard this week to be sensible as I am now 2.6lb over my 'happy number'
I have exactly 3 weeks to lose the 2.6lb so that I end this 12 week period exactly the same weight as I started it - should be very do-able.

Well done on a very minimal xmas gain FFM. My plan starts Monday for real but I have been good over last few days.
nmm -I've done mine today and have to get on with some planning now otherwise I will be stuck for lessons next week, I will be with you in spirit but not in body.0 -
Marion, dogs are great for meeting people. There is a regular dog walking group where I live, they don't really like me and my dog because she is a bit lively/overexcited all the time - she's 4 now but still likes to bounce over new people and new dogs. In other ways she is really well behaved, the local kids often pop in to visit our kids and she sniffs them and moves on. She's not nasty - just over enthusiastic - we watch the Dog Whisperer alot and have found his tips useful in most areas - except her over enthusiasm
OH usually walks our pooch, so all this dog walking counts as extra for me. When I go back to work on Monday OH will be in charge again.
BB - get well soon :rudolf: (Couldn't find any flowers and though Rudolf looked cheery)
Annie - I found the 'jogging' a bit bizarre - it was just running on the spot - maybe I should try running round the room, but our front room doesn't have a lot of 'moving space'. I shall look out for the penguin balance - not come across that yet.
nmm - I'll join you at 2.30 - the dog is making some horrible smells so a walk should sort that out for her.
