    Tagz, planning an 8pm HHE here, I'm probably going to do 20-30 mins of RC toning exercises - the flabby bits could really do with it :rotfl: .

    Thanks for a great link. My route measured 1.9miles, 3.0km, so not too bad for pedometer 10% over estimate - I shall do that again. Apparently used 158 calories - every little helps :D

    Marion - presumeably I can switch day by day between extra easy and say a red or green day? I want mac cheese tomorrow and need to make that a green day so I get 2x HEa's and can include the cheese in that.

    I managed about 20 minutes - probably looked as if I was just rolling about on the floor - but they were toning exercises - honestly.

    I think Annie was also planning to join us - don't over do it though...

    I'm going off for a nice warm bath shortly to make sure there are no aches and pains tomorrow (and to read my book :D )

    The dog is still in a catatonic state - OH reckons I've broken it.

    I'm here just about :rotfl: Well i managed 15 minutes, i did 50 squats, then 10 mins of boxing from the Tae Bo dvd. My thighs are burning, i hope thats a good sign. Can we do sitting exercises tomorrow, i don't think i'll be able to stand :rotfl: Not bad 25 minutes on the first day, thats more than i do in a week usually, but i will get in shape if it kills me, even though it just might :p

    Thanks to those who accompanied me, managed to kick everyone out of the lounge and did 30 mins on Wii fit (hoola, advanced hoola, step, advanced step, balance, slalem and ski jump. Total mins today 52 (YAY!!!!!)
    I know for sure that it was this HHE that spurred me to do a further 30 mins, thanks guys and well done to you all.

    Couldn't agree more - I know I wouldn't have done the toning exercises if it wasn't for the HHE - I have been intending to do these for months - literally - so many thanks to polkadot for a great idea.

    These will probably be my regular 8pm exercises - especially if I know others are all at it too :D
