Annie, if I'm up in time 10 am may be okay, I have to act as chauffeur at 11 am anyway.
See you in the morning - perhaps a jog around wiffity island is in order :rotfl:

Good Morning Everyone! Here is my plan for today.
I am doing SW extra easy
Breakfast - Bram Flakes with blueberries + 1 apple (heb, free)
Lunch - HM celery soup + 2 satsumas (free)
Dinner - Pasta bake with chopped vegetables and ham plus mozzarella cheese (free, free, hea) We have friends coming for dinner so will slice up some turkish bread and make garlic toast with it, will weigh my portion and syn accordingly!:T Probably won't serve a pudding - is that too weird do you think - I don't have company over very often! It will be a casual occasion.
Have a good day everyone!
Marion
ps - me exercise today will be panic cleaning because people are coming over:oWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Morning Marion, 'panic cleaning' definitely counts in my book. On some evenings I will be doing some ironing as my HHE, I usually leave it to OH and it is more active than my 'couch potato' routine
Missy, you were up late and posting, hope all is well.
Annie, about to set up the Wii Fit (if I can - everyone else still 'crashed' from last night - OH playing Call of Duty on the PS3 till the wee hours - tried sneaking into bed at 05.30  ).
HHE = Wiffity Island if I am successful - wish me luck - will report back approx 10.30

Well done, Marion - sounds like a great plan for the day!' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0

HHE Result: 30 minutes on the Wii, 5 minutes was jogging, it was the first one I had tried and I opted for the short one - it was more than enough for a first attempt - 131% burn rate (not sure if this is good or not). Then did some hula hooping, football heading and some leg lunges.
Right - off for chauffeur duties - hope more HHE Reports come in.

Thanks everyone. I just should mention that I walk Charlie every morning at 10 for half an hour at our local park. This is regular exercise for me because I used to just nip him around the block for a quickie!:D
I'm not sure who enjoys the walks more - me or Charlie. Everytime we meet another walker with their dog we stop for a chat. I make a point of mentioning that we are there everyday at 10 and there is now a regualar circle of about 6 of us turning up at the same time. The dogs have a great time chasing each other around and we all do a slower walk from one end of the park to the other:j I have met some very nice people doing this. I am rather shy in person and this has been a nice way of meeting new friends!:j
Love

Having managed to lose 4 stone by myself over the last few years, I now concede that I need inspiration / help for the last 2 stone. So I have joined SW online! (£60 gone...oh well, all the name of my health, it's money well spent!)
So I shall post those weird heb / hea things now, like everyone else - they sound like a disease to me. I am mightily looking forward to eating BUCKETS of pasta. (Although I still maintain that if you do eat 5000 cals of pasta every day, you are going to put on weight, and not lose it. I don't care what anyone says...)
Cheers

Morning everyone!
thanks London & Brighton Belle :A for your advise must admit I did snack on apples grapes & almonds during the day & I did have the biggest bowl of vegetable soup known to man which was very nice. Today is a slight problem I have my sister & nephew coming over for lunch & normally its fried chips so have decided to have the following
Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - chicken, oven chips & peas
Dinner - chicken kebab (normally takeaway ie burger & chips but am going for the chicken kebab as there is lots of salad & the chicken is griddled so it will be healthier also it comes with pitta bread will forgo the sauce though)
snacks - apple & grapes (just to make up me 5 a day)
the good thing is that tonight when we go to their house they have a wii fit so no doubt we will be on that a while.
thanks again for the advise it was appreciated & it helps alot.
