The Parcel Force site has just updated and is saying expected delivery tomorrow :j :j (that's me and DS on Wii Fit :rotfl: )
A weekly challenge would be good, it might keep me on it longer than otherwise. I'll post tomorrow to let you know if it arrives and how I get on - so excitedGood job I have DS to help me set it up.

Perfect!!! Thats roughly bathtime for DS. I put him down about 21:30. I could report back just before or just after-see, theres at least one HHE (although mine will start at about 10 minutes.
Depending on what it is, I may not make the 30 mins either.

In the words of tesco "every little helps" :rotfl: i think we'll all be starting at less than the 30 mins but its something to work towardsCross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0

The challenge sounds good, but I work long days and figure my exercise into my day so unless it is a 30 minutes at 7am (dog walk) or around 6.30 - 8 (gym time) I would struggle.
As FFM says, a lot of our regular peeps are away, and one is on a grown up gap year just started (v exciting), so we should be back to normal (if ever there is such a thing as normal....) next week.

Oooo Im getting excited. There are no rules about the challenges, except that if you post you will be doing one, you should be accountable to reporting back the results. I have no doubt that we will all start small but thats the point...just think of when we can join Missy and FFM at their cross country events. I have no illusions about doing such a thing tomorrow, but it really is an amazing long term goal to have-and I would be so very proud to achieve it:)0

Ok so basically any of us can yell HHE and for 10/20/30 mins do some mad exercising, after 2.30pm or after 8pm for the later people. If you say it you must do it, sounds reasonable, hehe. :j On the flylady thread do they do one everyday?Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0

Another question to add to nmm's question, do we choose the activity ourselves?
I'm guessing we do 'cos we've all got different equipment, stairs etc :rotfl:

I think so FFM, like you say we all have different equipment just as long as you do something to get the blood flowing, i guess.
I'm getting excited too, which is strange as i normally dread doing exercise.Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0 -

Yep, that's it! For example, I might post (but not usually at this time!!!!)
HHE - 11:30 - midnight anyone?
And then you post if you are going to join in. After the time has passed, we all report back about what / how we did. You can do anything you like!
On the flylady thread, we do it for a half hour mad cleaning / ironing / decluttering / or whatever is on our list for the day!
