Considering that I stuffed my face (well and truely!) this weekend I am a very happy bunny!

My wii and wii fit have arrived so get to play about with that tomorrow after taking the kids swimming.....I might just have to wear them out so I get to play first:rolleyes:

well done everyone...loosers, sts'ers and even gainers, at least we are all having a go which if I remember rightly, that what counts.

    HHA @ 7pm all welcome

Hope I didn't splash you, I was in the pool doing aqua fit. I ache now 'cos I fitted in an extra riding lesson early afternoon.

What was I saying yesterday about not too tiring - only walking and trotting - did my teacher hear? - I've done so much rising trotting that my legs are like jelly :rotfl:

  • You may (or may not) have noticed that I have moved myself from the main chart into the Target Members chart.
I gained 1.1lbs this week and I now weigh 162.8 lbs (11st 8.8 lbs) My target was 11 stone, but I think I've reached my equilibrium now, I keep gaining and losing regularly and I can't seem to lose consistently if I try (and I don't want to try any unhealthy way).
I've decided to stop losing now, and concentrate on getting my body fat % down.
    At the moment my percentages are...Fat 23.3 % - Muscle 33.9 % - Water 53.7%

I've lost fat from last week and gained muscle so despite this weeks gain I'm happy, as long as I don't go over 12 stone I will be content.

I also managed to get into a pair of size 10 trousers. Not bad when I used to be size 22!! :D
