You may (or may not) have noticed that I have moved myself from the main chart into the Target Members chart.
I gained 1.1lbs this week and I now weigh 162.8 lbs (11st 8.8 lbs) My target was 11 stone, but I think I've reached my equilibrium now, I keep gaining and losing regularly and I can't seem to lose consistently if I try (and I don't want to try any unhealthy way).
I've decided to stop losing now, and concentrate on getting my body fat % down.
    At the moment my percentages are...Fat 23.3 % - Muscle 33.9 % - Water 53.7%

I've lost fat from last week and gained muscle so despite this weeks gain I'm happy, as long as I don't go over 12 stone I will be content.

I also managed to get into a pair of size 10 trousers. Not bad when I used to be size 22!! :D

Well done Raph! Brilliant news and thanks for the chart *sigh* I wish I could see a shift downwards!

  • still lurking folks but had to say, raph - that's a brilliant decision in my book:T , finding your body's natural balancing point and accepting that rather than fighting for a magic number you plucked out of the air a year or so ago. Getting target is stunning and very rewarding to have watched you get there. Thanks for sharing the journey.
Spicey - granny said it so well can I just say 'hear hear' to that.
dmv - well done on the first, with all you are contending with. Hope this gives you a boost with the other umpteen essays left.
Beanie well done for getting on the scales. Has it made any difference?
Fading back to lurkdom but hopefully not for long, just having a headache faze at the mo which is a bit draining.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Hope this makes sense!
When I got my trike I had things put on the pedals by the man at the place got trike.
They were to support my feet & to stop my feet falling off the pedals.
They have now stretched & when I was out the other day my feet kept falling of the pedals.
    Any suggestions.
If I get the same rubbery type it will just happen again.
    Ta :)
