2 lb ON please Raph
Much better than I'd expected after eating like a [STRIKE]horse[/STRIKE] person who should have been exercising at Missy's level. Truly back on the path since we got home yesterday afternoon which wouldn't previously been the case after a [STRIKE]little[/STRIKE] ginornous wobble. Still puttting it all down to being lilacked. But I do need to change my sig. done
Victory I was just going to say what Seren said ...
Spicey - you've been married for 25 years and you've never been thin -- why would he suddenly change his feelings for you now then? You got together with him as a not-thin person and he fancied you then, I bet he still does. Stress at work/stress about work/stress over losing work/stress with too much work .... we're all affected one way or another and if he's able to tell you that that's the reason I'd believe him. You're lucky to have a man who can understand his own feelings well enough to tell you about them. And never ask to be ignored on this thread, we're not that sort! :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:0 -

food - two cereal meals a day, glass each of orange juice and tomato juice, apple and a sensible meal. Think I might do what Marion does and put meals on here . . . actually i could post what I planned and what i actually ate, that might help . . .
so Wednesday
breakfast 0 CN cornflakes and glass of oj
lunch - sandwich and an apple
snack - pate(WI night); 1 cup soup
tea - cocopops and glass of tomato juice
KPC - Are you planning on doing the 2 bowls of cereal eating plan for a short period of time only? If you eat too little you can oddly end up gaining weight as your body desperately hangs on to every last calorie to keep itself going and thewn if you start to eat more it'll keep stashing the calories.0 -

I have just finished 2 hours on the wii fit, aerobics side of things and happy to report that the 30 mins steps has been increased to 3629 steps:D (took a photo of course:D )still not 3799 as you sary but the challenge is there:D I managed to get first 660 steps plus which I am also very pleased with, I aim to get on the board every time and do it over and over again until I GET on the board(with the advanced tight rope it is a huge problem as have only ever got 23m and never surpased it yet:rotfl: :rotfl: ) also today I got 1st 114 on the fishes:D
On the steps and step plus I keep stopping it until I get perfect at the beginning and then carry on, drives my little one insane because of the stop start but I know I have got perfect many times before right up to 3/4 of the way I would say and when I see an o.k I know I am not going to get on the board:D I have to make these silly rules up because kids and OH never bother with the wii fit, in fact badgered him last night to go on it and it said 'you have not been on for 31 days' def not my challenge partner:rotfl: :rotfl:
I can convince the kids to do the headers some days and the fishes but they prefer the wii sports, carnival wii play etc, games eh? Whoever lost weight playing games?:rotfl:
The wii fit scales seemed to have sorted themselves out on mon it was 8lb over, then yesterday lost 4lb (over night aren't I clever? lol) then today 3lb loss so there is 7lb gone off in 2 days leaving 1lb, cheeky things says' oh I see you have not reached your goal weight' well if you had not added 8lb for the sake of it then yes I would have done and you would be congratulating me you talking wii fit you, ha ha.0 -
I think once i'm at my target weight i'm going to a tanning salon, OH is always joking how ghostlike i am, pale is an understatement :rotfl:
Hi nmm - this is probably none of my business, but I'm going to say it anyway! Please don't use sunbeds - they are more likely to give you skin cancer than sunbathing is, and skin cancer can kill you. I am speaking from personal experience, and since having a malignant melanoma removed myself I take great care to avoid it happening again. There are some great self-tanning products on the market, which can give you the same healthy feeling, without the risk.

Hola
Just been reading back through a few pages of the thread and it's good to catch up with you all. I miss being able to keep up with the thread on a more regular basis - actually I miss you all, and the banter!
We're still enjoying ourselves in Spain - we're still near Malaga, the weather has been very kind, we've made a few friends and we've been getting out and about. Wifi access is free in the local bar/restaurant, which is great apart from the fact that we either sit inside with the smokers where I can see the screen, or sit outside in the sun, where I can't!
The campsite is on a hillside and the caravan is right at the top, so we're getting plenty of exercise walking up the hill. Not sure it's doing anything to help me lose weight though - I think I'm counteracting the calories output with calorie input...... too much paella and vino tinto!
Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the advice LL, I would be too embarrased to go to a tanning salon anyway. The risks are not worth it, i rarely sit out in sun when we have some hence the ghostlike :rotfl: I did look at fake tan but then you see the tango'd celebs and i can't help laughing. Any recommendations for fake tan?? Spain sounds lovely, me and OH are always talking about leaving the UK, its a nice dream
Victory, congratz on your wii fit exercise :j I too have not shifted any weight, it seems i am stuck, ho hum i keep thinking its muscle heavier than fat, only time will tell. At least we are not gaining so that's good :T
Well done to all loser's and STS's, to the gainers positive vibes for next week :jCross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0
