Mambury, i have the smiley at the ready for wednesday
Well, Its taken ages to catch up since thurs night....you have all been busy bees! Big hugs to all how were disapointed with valentines day or just men in general! I blame the mothers..,..my MIL used to get up at 5am to make OH his sandwiches because he didn't like them in the fridge overnight:eek: He asked me when we moved in to do it and I promptly told him to F@#!! off in no uncertain terms!:D I have decided that my son will NOT be brought up like that, he makes his own bed, tidies up after himself etc. There is room for improvement but he is only 4!
I am back on the wagon tomorrow morning.
My wii has arrived, just waiting for my fit now!
night night.............see you all latersealed pot challange #572!Garden fund - £0!!:D£0/£10k0 -
I think once i'm at my target weight i'm going to a tanning salon, OH is always joking how ghostlike i am, pale is an understatement :rotfl:
Isn't that strange you mention this?:D oh kept going on and on last night how we should book a few sessions at the tanning salon only last night and how it would make us looke better, feel better etc the more I asked him how did this come about and since when etc the more insistent he was we needed to go:rolleyes: so seen as I am expected to arrange it and won't we won't be going:D
My little one has invited his friend to see bolt 3d which we saw last night, cross wires the poor lad was left thinking he was coming with us when we went already, his little face, all curled up as I tried to explain to him how we had been already and my son was just saying about it:rolleyes:0 -

cor well im defo there then. I have no job, no ties. Fab! Im not bothered about sharing a bed, as long as you dont mind seeing me wee (i never shut the door) poo's i do, so no need to worry there0 -
Oh dear that was the worst HHA ever :rotfl: Firstly, i was trying out Natalie Cassidy's then and now dvd, after 15 mins i was bored stupid and not an ounce of sweat, utter rubbish is my personal opinion
So i put on my trusty Davina Super Body, sweating like a pig after 10 mins and happily kicking away when the phone rings, 2 mins later back to workout, then the phone rings again, grrrr back again and just about finished the phone rings again  Something was not working tonight :rotfl:
Thanks for joining me Vixstar, hope your washing machine is working ok.

Did 30 mins of the bellydance dvd, still mildly confusing and still not convinced it's cardio. But it is fun and I've decided to focus on learning all the moves properly before I start on the routines.
Am also going to try to do a small number of sit ups each day, drink more water and get a moisturising etc routine going - would be nice to be slimmer and have ok skin to go with it.0 -
hmph. i'd steal your oh bails if you weren't so lovely. victory sounds a bit harsh! wish i could pull that one with oh, he has no day job and currently no real income from his business. However he is working a lot during the day, but it would still be nice to see a bit more evidence of stuff done. He's got clever now though - he knows i leave work at 1700 and now get home at about 1715(bliss) so what time do you think he starts washing up?!
seren, that really rang true! this week i asked him to vac the stairs. He needs me to hold the vac. he does actually appreciate it and often tells me he appreciates the food, ironed shirts, nice clean house etc. it's just he would never do anything about it. but equally he wouldn't dream of criticising if it wasn't done. we've got a few friends who are much more . . . chilled out than i am, and he confessed that he's glad he lives in our house rather than any of theirs. got a lovely warm glow at that, better than crisps!0 -
Hi everyone, just thought I'd catch up on this thread. DH took me out for expensive meal on sat night (so couldnt waste it) also got me a very expensive box of chocs (eating one a day). Rushed out to b&q today to get loft insulation that was on bargin offer, took 2 car trips, and I had to heave it in and out of car and thow in garage, so that was my exersise for the day. Tomorrow I going shopping for a bathroom, so lots of walking. Although DH very sweet on saturday, he has been very cold towards me for some months, tried to talk to him about it, he says its stress at work, but I feel it must be me (too fat). Getting me very down and finding myself crying easily. ( usually about 2-3 a.m. We been married over 25 years and I never been thin. Sorry but thought I might feel better if I confided this, please feel free to ignore me.0

Hi to all I seemed to have missed tonnes whilst I was away
Didn't manage to weigh in before I went but after getting on my Wii Fit tonight I have managed to loose another 2lb
But now the bad news I managed to fall and hurt myself skiing last week and have torn all the muscles in my shoulderso all my hard work and 6.30am starts will be on hold for a while as I can't exercise very much.
I did manage to do 30 mins stepping on wii fit just to do some gentle cardio but fingers crossed I might just be able to maintain my loss over the next few weeks. So I might need all your support over the next month
I will try and read everything I missed...........
Have a good evening all xRestarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
