Don't blame yourself spicey, things are tough out there and it will be just work and not you.:grouphug:
To everyone else who is finding it hard at the moment, thanks for posting coz it really helps to know I'm not the only one falling off the wagon and struggling to get back on:rotfl:
Dreading the weighin tomorrow morning, if I can manage a sts it will be a miracle:rotfl:
Personally I think February should be banned, the only good thing about it is that it is (usually) only 28 days long!

Well done and ouch AIWITS. You never know even by doing gentle cardio you may still lose. Turns out the "suggested" (or whatever the right word is) heart rate at which your body burns fat is actually relatively low. I knew I lost more weight when I walked the short distance into town every day and now I know why. Right sit ups and then bed for me.0

gained 1kg this week. next time oh suggests a kfc, must really learn to say no. Okay folks, day one today. heres the plan.
exercise - warm up and cool down plus 1 of the sections of 5 step fat attack; full workout at least once at weekends
food - two cereal meals a day, glass each of orange juice and tomato juice, apple and a sensible meal. Think I might do what Marion does and put meals on here . . . actually i could post what I planned and what i actually ate, that might help . . .
so Wednesday
breakfast 0 CN cornflakes and glass of oj
lunch - sandwich and an apple
snack - pate(WI night); 1 cup soup
tea - cocopops and glass of tomato juice0 -
Morning all,
sts I consider myself lucky to have managed that! Hope to do better next week:rolleyes:
Have a good day everyone

Thanks for the warm welcome
This looks a nice place to spend some time whilst the flab evaporates. Ive started my day badly this morning (not food wise..ive been a good girl in that department - low fat natural yoghurt, oats and raisins for brekkie) No...my eldest son, wrote of his car in January and we are now having difficulty with the insurance claim. His car cost him £7500 in September 2008 and they are offering him £4500! so its been disputed and now we are waiting...and waiting...and waiting ! What makes it worse is my son works 12 hour days on a building site (apprentice electrician) and needs a car, it was a condition of his employment and his employer is getting fed up giving him and his tools lifts to work each day. I just hope its resolved soon
Anyway how is everyone else doing?Week one (4th March) - 4 pounds lostTarget - under 9 stone by July 17th 2009Wednesday is weigh in day0 -
Good morning everyone, the sun is shining here this morning, I had a good nights sleep last night, a good session in the loo when I got up:o;), another 100% perfect day on the SW plan yesterday so all is happy happy happy in my little corner of the world!
Ooh I shouldn't have said that, now the sun has gone behind some clounds that look like they are moving in fast! Oh well it was nice while it lasted!
Yesterday I had
Breakfast - I was starving so I had a large portion of my blueberry breakfast rice which I topped with a large dollop of 0% Total and drizzled with a tbsp of blueberry syrup (free, free, 2 syns)
Lunch - Left over pork chop in tomato and basil sauce with leftover mashed potato, carrot and peas (free)
Dinner - HM meatballs in HM spicy sauce served with tagliatelle (free)
I did make a chickpea cake yesterday using HEB portion of dried apricots and milk in my coffee for HEA. I loved this cake and it was very filling.
Snacks during the day were apples and pieces of cake!
I think technically you are not supposed to make cakes with chickpeas because in SW it is seen as food abuse, however I think having it once a week or so isn't going to do any harm. I can see how having 2 or 3 a day could be classed as abuse but not once a week! It was so filling actually that I couldn't even manage to eat any syns other than the 1/2 syn for the baking powder in the cake! If I did fancy it more often does anyone know how many syns for a tin of chickpeas?
Love

DH very sweet on saturday, he has been very cold towards me for some months, tried to talk to him about it, he says its stress at work, but I feel it must be me (too fat).
Take it from someone that has no job that stress is a hugefactor whether you have one and are worried you are going to loose it and not be able to providefor the family or you are looking for one and wondering how you are going to afford anything on one wage, this credit crisis is huge, affects everyone, there is no job guarantees anymore, no wake up in the morning, stretch, have breakfast and poodle off to work, it is all, will there be a job there? Will my company fold? Will it be me next? Stress is a major thing and not for one second do I think it is you (too fat) it is what will happen?
jfc keep fighting because they will always give out the minimum they can get away with, oh sure they will take the insurance money no probs but when it comes to paying out:rolleyes:
sts for me this week boy am I getting fed up with that but hey what is the alternative? Gain? NO, give up? NO , it is just the amount of exercise I do now on the wii fit is trillion more than I ever did and still it stays there:rolleyes:0 -

Thanks to everyone for your support and kind words. Feeling a little better today. I know DH hates his job (boss is ****) but money is good and in presant economic situ, finding another would be difficult. So prob is that.
Anyway, today I am going to aim to be good food wise, I off to shops to look at bathrooms, so that will be my HHA for the day :rotfl: .
Well done to the losses and STS's.0 -

Just a few thought points:
1) maybe you have hit your natural weight? you have been a perfect example of maintaining which is a hard enough job in itself
2) you've increased your excercise by stupendous amounts so maybe its muscle and you're toning up ?0
