ooh, purplevamp, we must stop meeting like this:D . Big welcome to the forum. Have you any particular 'plan of action'?
Beanie - I had a lovely time with bails thanks. She said lots of nice things about my kitchen:D .
nmm, as an expert on them, I can reliably say that teacakes are generally considered those chocolate covered marshmellows on a biscuit base things. What are the bready versions?
Right, post parental vizit emergency food parcel now finished, so tomorrow I must try and get a grip on myself for longer than 1 day.
Victory, I'm sorry, but you did make with laugh with your valentine days's debacle (but only coz you joked about it) I hope you have kissed and made up now. I don't know how long you have been married, but he's never quite up to speed on your requirements is he...
kpc - hope you are doing ok. Great news on OH business:j
missy - that so good, a sts after a month. Sounds like you are so in tune with what is right for you vis a vis exercise vs food intake:T .
simbalou - I agree that perhaps posting more and writing afood diary might help - or doing what marion does and post you daly menu on here?
Well done vixstar and scatmieow for some great lossses.
SaryM - sorry you & OH haven't had a good week. I hope by this time next week things have got better and he's made up for valentine's day.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Oh, you mean Tunnocks Teacakes
The bread ones are Warburton's Teacakes, i presume they still sell them, its like a bread roll with fruit similar to a hot cross bun, totally scrummy toasted. I made a fruit loaf in my breadmaker and its a loaf size version of them, yippee, not made one in ages though.

Hi and thanks for the welcome beanielou and Brighton belle.
bb - didn't you know, I'm stalking you? :rotfl: I'm going to do the Rosemary Conley Gi Jeans diet (again) as I know it does work. It's just me that doesn't stick to it.
I'm going to have to do a serious meal plan as I find that works if it's written down and stuck to the fridge. But I think for this week I'm going to have to work around what's available in the fridge/cupboards. Then on Saturday I'll send DH out to get what we need.

morning all! bit of a naughty weekend but it did involve the full hour workout and a lot of cleaning. Been having bad thoughts about visiting hotel chocolat today to get myself something that would have been horrifically expensive on saturday but is now dead cheap . . . . . . must resist . . .0

Thanks everyone! Been doing it properly, small meals with one meal out a week and exercise everyday except for sunday which is rest day.No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
Thanks to everyone who posts competitions. You are the stars of the board :T:j:T0 -
ancient egypt eh victory, very interesting stuff! heading out to the warehouse soon to look for stuff, can you believe that? 20,000 pallets paces in there and we've no real idea what we've got. I did areconcilaiation on one retailer and found a difference of 70,000 cases between what we've made an what we think we've got. joy.0

Hi everyone, well I am back from weigh in and have managed to lose 1.5 lbs this week. Also got told off for saying is that all!!:p I have been 100% for 6 days this week and I guess I was expecting miracles!:rotfl: I still can't understand why some women who look quite slim really, manage to lose 3 lbs a week regularly and I don't:mad:
But then I put my sensible head back on and remembered that I have eaten very very well all week, have had my syns for treats and have not even once felt deprived or on a diet. So if I can eat like that and still lose a pound and half a week I should thank my luckly stars really!!
So I have decided I am happy with my weight loss this week after all!:o:o;)
Well done to all the losers and maintainers and hugs for the gainers!! Welcome to all the new members too!
Love
