You should only have the bra on the tightest notch if its old. Then, quite frankly its time to get another. Once i have to tighten my bra up it becomes a secondary choice.
Back fat....or saggy boobs. I know which one i would prefer! If you dont have it tight enough your boobs will drop down and you will look saggy before your time! This might come across as bad, but im sure people will look at an over weight person and make a judgement there and then, rather than a bit of showing at the back. Im not saying that directly at you, but im trying to put it into context!
One bra across all stores wont fit the same, its like clothes. People have this thing that a 34D will be exactly the same everywhere, its just like anything else in life! I would suggest that you try a 36E, if youre wearing it on the tighest notch!
anyway, i gotta go back home. Night all!0 -
Thanks vix
yep my bra's seem fine on the band its probably just the cup size. Also it was a different brand of bra, i normally buy wonderbra in the sales this was a george @ asda one :rotfl: I will buy a 34a and 34b and see which one fits best, thanks for your help.
Natu, i can't seem to find any on VM, but there is a petition on the Body in Balance site to get the channel on virgin. Someone said why not youtube workouts, you know i never thought of that :rotfl:

Good morning everyone! Yesterday was my second day of being 100% - I think 3 days is my record so we shall try for a record breaking whole week!:j So the eating is fine but the fields around here are all flooded so not taking Charlie out on long walkies because not sure if he can swim or not :rotfl:!
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast - bacon and eggs with grilled tomatoes and 2 slice wholemeal nimble toasted (free, free and 5 syns)
milk in coffee (HEA)
Lunch - roast veg - peppers, onions, garlic and baby tomatoes - cooked in 1 tblsp olive oil served on top of a big bowl of cous cous (free, free, HEB, free)
Dinner - George Forman grilled chicken thighs with peas and carrots and 300g of mcCains rustic oven chips (free, free,3 syns) I asked my butcher to skin and bone them for me - saves me the work and he does a much more efficient job at it than I do!
My normal raspbberries and yogurt and meringue for dessert (free, 2.5 syns)
I must say I really am feeling pleased with myself
Love
