Thanks vix, i don't live near any shops that measure you so i just have to measure myself
i order online so i can send it back if need be. The weird thing is i am bigger than before i think my old bras have stretched to fit :rotfl: I am usually a 34a, just ordered a new 34a bra and it was too tight on the band and my boobs were bulging out, i've never had that problem before, hehe. I guess it's going to be trial and error  Then i have the issue of losing weight and going smaller (i hope not!!!) :rotfl: Why don't men have this problem

Thanks for the support everyone.
Good news on Grandad is that he's now been declared medially fit - so we have our fingers crossed that his residential home will accept him back (they have to assess whether they can cope with him) and then he can go home.
My cousin and his family are staying with relatives in Melbourne - their daughter has been accepted into a local school, the school will pay for uniform, they've been offered housing for at least 3 months and the local community is rallying round to support them - bad news was that they weren't insured - but hopefully they can move forward soon.
Congratulations dragon and all the losers and sts's.
Commisserations Marion - it will come right in the end - you've done so well.
Vix my brother lives the other end of the country - he comes down and we go up there and we speak on the phone every few days.
Do your parents have a web camera? I know it's not the same as experiencing a grandchild first hand - but it's better than nothing.

MArion - ah the pitfalls of SW,you just can't get away with the unaccounted for extra:rolleyes: . Still, you always do learn Marion don't yoi. And youknw you will get this off again very soon.
Great to hear you enthused about the DVD's kpc. And as ever goodto hear everyones general enthusism and support.
Of course we are getting to that time of the year (6 weeks since new year) when the inital drive of new year resolutions may be wearing a bit thin and we will beseeing a few more sts and the odd lb on. This is normal folks, try not to be discouraged, just reapply what works for you and get back on.
As one of the longer term members now, I think other 'old timers' will testify with me, that long term sucess, of losing, maintaining, (or at least not putting it all back on even if we put a little on) is down to staying on this forum.
You will notice already that we have alost a few of out keen newbies (please come back: I suspect they may have put a lb or 2 on and given up(not a criticism xx)). Staying as part of this forum makes a huge differnce to long term sucess. You will get bouts of when it all feels too much effort and you lose the drive, but keeping with us keeps a level of focus ticking over until you are ready to kick start yourself again.

Guilty!! I still read fairly regularly but have slipped back to my old ways. Determined to be successful with this - was looking at some old photos of me with my girlfriend and she commented a lot on how good I used to look - I want her to fancy me again!
I am finding it hard at the moment, convenience is getting in the way of eating healthily, and money is pretty tight at the moment which doesn't help. it's a case of whatever's cheap and convenient. I mean well, but usually fail miserably!!!Outstanding Debts: DLC - £4,724.54 Blair, Oliver and Scott - £3682.00 Barclaycard - £1606.13
Total: £10,012.67  Debt Free by end of 2009 (let's hope so anyway!!)

I'm a big fan of Davina's Super Body Workout and occasionally do Tae Bo so i dont get bored. I have about 6 other dvd's but don't do them much now. Do you own Wii Fit? lots of people on here do that instead of dvd's.
Nope, I don't even own a Wii, haha, but I have been thinking about buying one. I've heard a lot of good things about Davina's DVD though, so I think I'll most likely be picking that up.
Lost count of my calorie intake on Sat due to a meal and a night out with friends, but got right back on track on Sunday.
Had a lovely, busy weekend working in Primark, so hopefully that burned off a few cals. Also been dancing about a lot with my little sister, as well as lots and lots of cleaning and walking the dog, so hopefully that's done something!
I'll weigh in later on today.0 -

Good morning everyone, Fred so glad your family is safe, terrible things happening over there at the moment. Hope the catch the firelighters and burn them alive:mad:
I had my first perfect day yesterday following the SW plan in a long long time. I used the SW diary on their site and not even a coffee passed my lips without being put down. It was a shock to me to realise how badly I had been following things and thinking that I was being perfect. Next weeks weigh in should be interesting:beer::j
So yesterday I had:
Breakfast - had at class after weigh in so this meal isn't a very good one:o - 1 hi-fi bar (HEB) to kellogs cereal bars (9 syns:eek:) an apple and a banana (free) plus may as well put my milk in here for the day (HEA)
Lunch - Homemade leek and potato soup with left over chopped up turkey roast stirred in to it and a muller light (free)
Dinner - Chicken breasts cooked with rice, bamboo shoots, brown lentils, sweetcorn, peas and soya beans. Flavoured with soya sauce, worcestershire sauce and chinese spices. (all free)
Later I had raspberries with 0% total and a raspberry mullerlight.
I started getting the nibble around 10 so I went to bed!:T:o
So breakfast was a bit pants really but I stayed within my syn allowance and did not have anything I did not write down - so yay me!:j:j:beer:
Love
