I will have to check my hoola and free step scores, 10 mins knackers me on the free step, I have never done 30!!!!! so well done. I always seem to be the wrong end when a red fish comes and then panic and fall in the water (just thought anyone reading this who doesn't have a wii fit will think we're mad!)
I love it and I honestly feel that it is one of the things that gets me off my backside and doing some HHA.
I just can't seem to get the co-ordination with the boxing and neither can the kids, I will try though sounds like fun when it works:D on the steps you have to watch the tele, it goes quicker that way, I tried reading the paper but it was hilarious and gave up, there is multi tasking and OTT:rotfl: :rotfl:
I have tried pre-empting the red fish and seem to get that wrong, I googled wii fit hints and tips see if any geeks out there had any tricks, found none, the obvious ones like on the yoga stand at the side of the wall and put your weight there so you get a perfect balance but not with the steps etc:rolleyes:
I love it too and if I miss a day I get ratty, that has never happened to me before, avoidance was the thing for me now I can't wait to clear some time to go on it:D I just wish that now it is all unlocked there were harder ones to do because can see it becoming a bit monotonous, at the moment on the step plus I re start everytime until I get perfect on every step, takes a while but determined to master it and get maximum points:D0 -

Got my 30 mins steps up to 3570 on the wii fit, got 631 on the steps with music, 621 on the faster ones, spent 2 hours on the aerobics bit, done 11,987 steps according to the pedometre and got 186 calories, hardly seems worth it:rotfl: :rotfl:0

Completed 45mins of cardio bellydance. I quite like it but its really complicated at the moment coordinating hips, feet, arms and moving. I'm not sure its really cardio but my muscles ache a little. Only slightly cheesy american presenting. Off to make a baked risotto now.0

Chinese for me as well.
Chinese for me tomorrow as it's a 91 year old's birthday party and that's her choice of venue. Any advice on what to eat? I don't want to blow all the recent good results (thanks to being lilacked, BB) but I also don't want to look like a misery who won't join in.0 -
Stay away from the fried balls, go for plain rice rather than the fried, anything that is deep fried stay away back in a mo with more...:D
WW says go for the prawns not in batter, black bean soup, hot and sour soup, chicken noodle soup, mushroom rice, rice noodle singapore style, beef noodles, basically any one that is not fried, laden in creamy sauces and is stir fried0
