    Well did 1hr 32minutes on the Wii fit earlier which is just as well cos I spent the rest of the day watching TV lol. I did do the food shop though so not all bad. I seem to have done something to my hip though cos its really achy now.

  • 0.4lb loss on 14413 calories.

    However, I lost 1lb muscle and gained 0.8lb fat, so doing only 1 HHA this week seems to be showing.

    Still a loss FFM so not all bad :) I hope you can join in again soon with the HHA's :j You know you said you wanted to lose an inch off your thighs, do that Super Sculpt routine on Davina Super Body dvd, trust me that inch will be gone in a month :T

    I walk most places, and tend to snack in the evenings.
    Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

    Morning all. Chinese last night was yummy. Only managed half of what was on plate, think stomach has shrunk! DH finished it for me, better watch out or he may put on what I loose.:rotfl:

    Hi brightonman, welcome to the thread. Do you follow any food plans or calorie count? I know alot of people on here follows different plans i'm sure they'll be along soon to help. Are you able to exercise or is walking all you can manage?

    I think it is probably the snacking that is the problem. What do you tend to snack on and can your think of anything healthier to snack on instead. Is alcohol a culprit too?
    IMHO it's important to enjoy your food and not go hungry either. But it's about what you eat (which doesn't mean cottage cheese & ryvita:eek: ).
    I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
