What sort of diet are you on, have you lost anything yet or have you just started, that sort of thing! You do not have to put down what you weigh but it is helpful to whoever is tracking our losses is you post them once a week in a larger and perhaps colored font like this!

I'm on a calorie controlled diet, where I've basically cut out all the junk food, chocolate, sweets, crisps etc., and started trying to eat more fruit and veg. I've been doing this since 27/01/09, and surprisingly, it's not been too hard (although TOTM is coming up, and I think that's going to be my first struggle).
Due to my dislike of the scales, I didn't weigh myself when I started, so I don't know if I've actually lost anything yet, but I checked on Tuesday, and I'm 12st 7lbs.
My main problem atm is excercise. With the weather being soo cold lately, I don't want to go out in it unless I have to!So is there any keep fit DVDs that're worthwhile? Thanks in advance and hope this helps.
