Of course it does - and it looks fantastic, well done, you could eat your dinner off that floor!
Started a little earlier so have just finished:
    Total HHA - 37 mins
    • boxing 13 mins
    • hoola - 4 mins
    • free step - 10 mins
    • Balance 10 mins
I must be getting fitter as I got my bronze pig yesterday (10 hours) and today I have unlocked a couple of super advanced balances and beaten a few records. Got to level seven on marble board, 80 points on penguin fish thingy, opened advanced level on tightrope walk and beat my best on boxing points (1022). So all in all a good HHA.
Must get some school work done so I am off for a shower then lunch then WORK!!!!!

  • Hi everyone, bit new to the posting thing but a religious reader of MSE, especially the grabbit bored. I was just wondering if anyone has tried Go Lower? I have just started following the plan after getting a free sample from Woman magazine which I seen on the grabbit board so thought someone else might have started too? Xx

Hello Natu, of course you can join us! Do you want to tell a little about yourself? What sort of diet are you on, have you lost anything yet or have you just started, that sort of thing! You do not have to put down what you weigh but it is helpful to whoever is tracking our losses is you post them once a week in a larger and perhaps colored font like this!

    Marion

I'm on a calorie controlled diet, where I've basically cut out all the junk food, chocolate, sweets, crisps etc., and started trying to eat more fruit and veg. I've been doing this since 27/01/09, and surprisingly, it's not been too hard (although TOTM is coming up, and I think that's going to be my first struggle :( ).
Due to my dislike of the scales, I didn't weigh myself when I started, so I don't know if I've actually lost anything yet, but I checked on Tuesday, and I'm 12st 7lbs.

My main problem atm is excercise. With the weather being soo cold lately, I don't want to go out in it unless I have to! :o So is there any keep fit DVDs that're worthwhile? Thanks in advance and hope this helps. :)
