MOrning everyone.
Weigh day for me and I have lost a staggering
5LBS
this week.
What ever it is I'm doing I will continue because I can't remember such fab losses.
Anyone for HHA tonight around 8pm, I think I will attempt the caribbean workout I taped from the Body in Balance site and a bit of Wii Fit.
Hi newbies and well done or hugs to everyone else.0 -

Morning all well done to all the losers and sts.
Only have a ststo report this week, fairly sure it's mainly due to the fact I have been so busy and tired that I haven't eaten enough!
Will try harder next week.
Have a good day all

Good Morning All, raining and overcast again! Sounds like a good day to be in my bedroom having a good old sort out and seeing what I can take to the charity shop - after I take Charlie to the park of course!;)
I am as usual and probably will be for the rest of my life doing EE!:j
Breakfast - half a pack of quark mixed with a couple of WW prune yogurts and a handful of fresh blueberries spooned onto 5 scan brans. (that should get me going:D) (free, free, free, 2.5 syns)
Lunch - HM bubble & squeak from last nights left over mash & cabbage although I will add some onion, with thick sliced ham and a couple of poached eggs. (free)
Dinner - HM chilli with vegetable rice. May make up a sugar free jelly for later although I am trying to get away from eating in the evenings. I have a big dinner at around 7pm - do I really need to be eating something 2 hours later? No I don't, it is just a habit which I will[STRIKE] try [/STRIKE] get rid of!
Milk in my coffees will be my HEA and will use some parmeson cheese in my vegie rice as a HEB!
Love

You really are amazing, you seem to keep track of everyone. Not just the ups and downs of weight change but of just about anythig that everyone says. How do you do it?
she's a purple genius

1lb loss for me this week :j:j
Am going round to Grandad's house and sorting through his things today (have a few days off work for a blitz) as he's moved into a home. We've found some wonderful letters etc from previous generations of family - and it's made me realise just how much nicer hand written letters are - they really do feel more personal.
Hopefully not sitting by a desk for 3 days this week will mean I lose some more this week0
