Thanks Beanie/Raph. I know you have nagged me for ages to come over here but to be honest I was sacred of meeting a new set of people. Anyways I am here now because I cant do this alone. Also when you let someone know you lost 1lb they look at you as if you had lost your mind.
Ohhh 5lbs sounds great beanie, I am supposed to lose 2lb a week but its hard. so 5lbs seems fineCan I just ask what these abriviations mean please ~ HHA, SOTW & ASOTM

Hello :hello:, always nice to meet a new member of our little group! I look forward to reading your postings! Just like to say that anyone who quite happily walks 3 miles home from work is NOT lazy!:p :rotfl:

Dragon ~ Hello, thanks for that, I did start there but I moved over to wlr when I finished the challenge on dfw. Its 'only' £10 per month and it goes down each year till its eventually free. Thanks for the suggestion but I think I will stay on wlr unless I cant afford that £10
Marion ~ Hiya, yes I will happily walk home from work but only when its light/not cold and when I feel like it. I used to walk home in the summer 3 times a week, now I am part time so its generally once every 3 weeks, I must try and get out normally though and just walk around the woods up by me. Its another hurdle as I hate going out now (well in the last 6 months) especially alone  take care0 -
