Hi all - working all day and all evening (again!!) so no time for HHA, will do wii fit tomorrow and either swim or Davina on Sunday. Has anyone tried the new fitness coach for Wii yet? Would be great to get some reviews on here.

Miserably announcing a sts this week. I've tried everything, been to the gym 3 times and did 2 exercise dvd's, calorie counted through foodfocus (miss it now it's not online at mo!) but I'm going to keep going, the weight has got to start coming off soon!

Daily eating plan Good morning everyone, feeling a little fragile this morning after overindulging in wine last night - will have to be extra good all weekend now for weigh in Monday morning:cool:
Today I am having:
Breakfast/Brunch - bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, HM citrus fruit salad (free)
Afternoon - scan bran cakes, coffe with milk and and that new muller yogurt with chocolate flakes ( heb, hea, free)
Dinner - turkey steaks cooked in casserole with carrots, parsnips, onions served with mashed potato and mange tout (I know the mange tout sounds a little strange in there but just found them in the dish washer and need to use them up:o)(OK now realised that veg in my dishwasher also sounds a little weird:rotfl:, it broke down a while ago and I havn't bothered to get it repaired so now use it as a cold storage box!:T)

Went running again this morning and managed 3.75k before the cold got the better of us! Strange feeling hot whilst having a numb bum from the cold!I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -

Hiya, I always think I'm kidding myself that my jeans are getting looser but it's because I've been wearing them all day! Think I'm going to take all my body measurements today and I'll have something else to compare all my hard on instead of just the weight aspect. I've also been on courses all week with work so I've been driving instead of walking and then sitting down all day, that could have something to do with it too. Reporting a 0.6lb gain on 15930 calories and very little exercise - not only did I feel sorry for myself with my cold, but I was also stressing all week about preparing for a meeting on Friday - double whammy for making me eat junk - but probably helped minimise the weight gain.
So, all in all not too bad - only 1.8lb over my maintaining weight - I'll try and shift that this week.
