Hi everyone, hope you're all OK. I've read back 2 pages but missed a load before that, hope I didn't miss anything too major.

FFM sorry to hear you've not been well, sounds like you're on the mend now :) Congrats as ever on keeping the 'damage' very small!

Well done to all the (relative) newbies from December & January who are sticking with it! :D Of course the same goes to the long termers as well!

Mambury I think you said your friend lost a dress size after just 2 sessions with this commando thing (was that right?) so it's not surprising you're seeing changes. I personally love my smaller boobs :p and I love not being top-heavy for the first time in my (adult) life.

No changes here, sticking to plan (1750-1800 cals/day), weight is nice and constant, exercise and activity continues as always. Here's what I've done this week:

Monday: Road Run 40 mins inc 1km fast interval (307 cal)
Tuesday: Yoga for Strength DVD 25 mins & Weights 20 mins
Wednesday: Cross country jogging & pics 3 hours 06 mins (1314 cal)
Thursday: Cross country brisk walk 1 hour 33 mins (546 cal)
Friday: Swimming 30 mins (204 cal) & Cross country run 31 mins (238 cal)
Saturday: Skipping rope 22 mins (155 cal) & Weights 20 mins
    Sunday: Rest

Total 7 hours 49 mins and 2764 calorie burn.
  • Hi Missy, wow! 22mins on the skipping rope - I'd probably have passed out - that is some going. Love the avatar - really pretty - no wonder you like your cross country running.

I haven't been that poorly really - I'm just 'a bit of a bloke' when it comes to colds/flu etc :rotfl: . Good job Ajax and Suggs aren't around to read that - wonder where they are?

I'm going for a horse riding try out on Tuesday - the lady booking it asked me my height and then wrote 'small build' next to my name :j . Don't you just love it when that happens?

    FFM :)

Ouch they really hurt, I had then during xmas cos I spent too many nights out wearing high heels. There is nothing you can do except rest and don't wear high heels. It went after around 2 weeks.
nmm -0 will be starting around 7.45 now cos supper was later than I thought and I can't exercise until 1 hour has passed. Sorry!

  • HHA Result: 20 mins Davina's Super Body Workout, 40 mins Raving Rabbids TV Party on Wii Balance Board

Had to cut short the body workout as DS came home with a friend. Had to stop the Raving Rabbids 'cos I was cooking and serving up tea.

The Raving Rabbids is not supposed to be a fitness game - but you move from 1 butt cheek to the other to steer the motorbike - must wear some of it down  . One of the races involves alot of boxing type moves. One of the dance games is a bit like an aerobics work out - so all in all I think they are missing out on a marketing ploy.

OH firmly believes I have 'lost it' to be playing such a game - ho hum - I had a great time. :D
