I haven't caught up with the thread today - been mega busy, like everyone else, I expect! Hope you are all organised for tomorrow and that you ALL have a very happy Christmas.
(((Hugs))) to all the poorlies and those who are worried. Take Christmas as a well-earned break away from it all.
I shall have a houseful from lunchtime onwards tomorrow and a few visitors are expected in the morning, but I will try and come back here for some sanity through the day!
Happy Christmas, one and all.:xmastree: :xmassign: :xmastree: :xmassign: :xmastree:

:xmassign: everyone,
It's already Christmas Day here.Haven't opened up our pressies yet as we'll all wait for the others to come up. Didn't get a chance to come online yesterday to wish you all a very merry Christmas so I hope you all do.
It's humid here today and looks like we'll get a storm later today. Hopefully before I die I will enjoy a cooler christmas day.Better go and get dressed etc.
CM I must have been very good this year as I've got lots.Let's see how you go.
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeee for now.Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -
I have been sort of OS today. I have done the washing and ironing, and my house is clean (well as far up as I can reach!).
My real OS has been to hide my neighbours presents for their children in my attic and cellar - 2 bikes, guitar hero world tour and an ipod dock tv. I bet their children have been taking the house apart looking for their presents. I'm looking forward to a go on the guitar hero, and I'm thankful that I don't live next door to them:rotfl:
On a more serious note, I would like to wish each and every one of you and your families a Happy Christmas.
Dh is in the Seychelles (work), so no chance of that OS present.....:rotfl:
Finally, I would like to raise my glass to absent friends. We seem to have a few this year. Candygirl's dad, taplady's Lesley, Smokybabe's Eric, and my friends Mike and Sheila (sorry if I've missed anyone, I have the memory of a goldfish). Christmas won't be the same without you all.
Goodnight and God Bless

Evening everyone,
lovely to see some familiar faces back to say hi...
Elona, I'm sorry to hear about your uncle.
Just got home after seeing 4 Christmases at the cinema with supper at the Harvester before that. Now in my pj's with a cuppa, and waiting for middle DD to decide to go to bed so I can do the socks, then get some sleep myself....
Have a great Christmas everyone. xxLive your life until love is found, or love's gonna get you down" (credit to Mika!)0 -
