    Evening all,

    Nipped into town this morning, got a last few bits, came home made a cauli and leek cheese for tomorrow, and mashed sweede and carrot, and made the gravy, OH had peeled a mountain of spuds, I will get up and put the meat in tomorrow.

    Had a little nap for an hour, then a nice hot bath, going to have tea now, and a glass of something :beer: , have a good night all xx

    Hi all and Merry christmas to yous.....

    Well its been a busy day, had my last day at work for this year and luckily for us we were so quiet we all got let out early!

    So this must be 1 of the most O/S day for many many more of all the days!

    Well I'm about ready, most of the presents wrapped, need a little more paper that is in the loft so will get 1 of my lads to retrieve that when they get in.
    Beef is defrosted and waiting for final instructions, table is laid and choccies opened :)
    I've done all downstairs, hovvered, polished and put away so I'm going to put my feet up in 5 mins with a christmas eve gin and tonic :)
    I'm feeling far more festive now than at 6.30am when my mate decided I needed to know there was 1 sleep to go!

    *I'll get her on the 27th as she is having a house party on Boxing Day :)

    Just wanted to wish everyone an early Happy Christmas.
    I'm off to Manchester to stay with my daughter till Monday so won't be online for a .few days.I'm having withdrawal symptoms just thinking about it.
    I hope everyone's plans for tomorrow run smoothly and Santa brings you something nice.
