how to cook a 3 bird roast

    The three bird roast that Aldi is advertising is realy a three meat roast as one of the three is Pork! (wogglemaker)

    wrong you have chicken turkey duck and the pork is sausage meat

  • Can anybody tell me the cooking times for these? My butcher has just delivered mine - it is a 4 bird one; turkey, duck, goose and chicken, but it hasn't got any cooking instructions! I have no idea about oven temp or length of time. Heeeeeeeeeeeelp!

    Would this help, its for a three bird one but principle should be the same.

    How much does your bird weigh?

    You can sterilse the coin by boiling in water for 5 minutes :)

    the weight of the whole thing should still help you decide on your roasting time though tod

    I'm aware of that ;) The roasting time will depend on the weight - it it a lark in a pigeon in a duck, or a chicken in a turkey in an ostrich :D
