Hi everyone
New to this posting on this part of the forum but must admit i have been lurking here for a while!!
Anyway, I joined SW on Wednesday and think I am getting on ok so far! There are a couple of small things I am unsure about and am hoping some of you lovely people may be able to help me out!
I am following the Extra Easy plan. Do you HAVE to have a Healthy Extra A and a Healthy Extra B, or are they optional?? Also when having the pasta n' sauces......although they are a free food do you count the milk and butter needed to make it as healthy extras and/or syns?
Thanks in advance for your help0 -
I have struggled so much today .. i really need some distractions for when i want to binge eat like tonight.
I really hope i can kick this bad habbit.
I also am finding myself cutting corners. Not properly measuring my flora light and maybe not doing my healthy extras probably , any tips to get into a good routine to avoid cutting corners?
Red day tomorrow for me! As so far i have had green days , and am worried with me having PCOS that the carbs will have a bad effect. I also have ibs which suffers with to many carbs , but i love carbs talk about bad situation lol.
Thanks for the welcomes ladies! Anyone know to get the new mullers that are out? xNanMias - cyber granddaughter!

McGrath - if you are going to join SW don't forget to buy the current Woman magazine where there is a £10 voucher to give you free membership, only pay class fee, a saving of £5 on the current SW class offer.0 -

The current offer is half price mambership..so your first week should cost £9.50. Which is £5 membership and £4.50 class fee.
So if this is a £10 voucher you may get your first week completly free.
Also if you take a friend with you, you will get a voucher for another free week to use when you want.
Im the money lady at group, so deal with the new offers ect and i know these offers are valid all Month.
Hope you all have a great day

The Woman offer is for free membership (saving £10) and only pay for class fee (£4.50), so the first meeting wouldn't be completely free, but would save £5 on the current class offer (£5 membership instead of £10).
It's worth buying the magazine for 90p to get the saving, there's a week Extra Easy plan in as well.0 -

Yes you do have to have HEa & HEb for your daily calcium & fibre intake..one of each only. As for pasta n sc, make it with water instead (no butter) then free (not cheese one though)
correct me if I'm wrong anyone0 -

Yeah I make them with water, slightly less than fluid requirements as i find it makes sauce thicker. Macaroni one is only 1 syn I believe.0 -

No you are quite right:T The pasta in sauce is made just with water, any milk you add would be out of your HEA and butter would by syned! When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0
