    Good morning everyone,

Okay, since this is only my 4th day on SW, I'm starting to get worried now because it just seems to good to be true.

Yesterday was a green day for me and I ate so much. For lunch I had cottage pie made of FOUR potatoes mashed and baked beans and for dinner I had the most delicious stir-fry with lots of rice and chicken pieces Hb.

How can it be possible to have all this food and still loose weight?

Thats the great thing about SW dbs1..the amount of members at group that say just that, we all seem to eat more once we follow the plan than we ever did before..but it does work!!

Im having a red day today, making chicken and musroom pie from one of the mags, another new recipie for me so hope it turns out as nice as the photo in the mag!!

Lunch will be tuna and egg salad with crispbreads, and a muller and fruit.

Hope you all have a great day

I was STUFFED last night! Quorn curry with rice AND a few SW chips, then I had two pieces of cheese on toast AND a Hi-Fi bar and a bowl sugar-free jelly and a litre of Diet Orange - whole day on total 0.5 syns! And I have already lost weigh (3 days in!) :T

It does work (I've lost 6stone over the years) and I've stopped asking how because I'm not sure I want to knwo :rotfl:

    Today is another greeny!

B - mushrooms, baked beans, Fried Eggs and mashed potato
Snack - fruit tea, water and fruit
    L - leftover Quorn curry
Snack - Diet Coke, fruit and/or yoghurt
D - pasta with smoky bacon sauce (Heb)
Exercise - Latin/Ballroom dancing lessons with OH tonight!!!! :rotfl:
Will probably have a Hi-Fi (Heb) and a cuppa before bed.

First weigh in for me after a week on EE - 4 pound loss. I'm kind of pleased, but my initial weigh in was at 2pm, rather than 9.30, so I'm wondering if it isn't a true reflection, but hey, I'll go with it and see what another week of EE brings, mainly because it is very easy to do.

I watched the first of the Paul McKenna shows on catch up last night (4 golden rules) and thought -there is nothing new about this! WW have had a starving to feeling sick chat for years and all plans say eat slowly, stop when you feel full! I might watch the next one today.

    Food today:

    B: porridge (heb and hea)
L: potato, spring onion and bacon omelette
    D:cottage pie with peas

Syns: tbsp golden syrup in the porridge.

LOL, thanks hun. The surprising thing about it was that OH actually wanted to go (more than I did!!!) Trouble is I usually do archery on a Thursday night so don't know if we're going to be able to continue!

could you combine the two ? :D;) That could be fun couldn't it ?

Just picturing a scene - someone does a routine - people hold cards up 5.7, 5.9 etc ... cut to SC who wasn't impressed and thud - an arrow through the head of the dancers ... bit critical n harsh , but would spice things up a bit ;):p
Hate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing
    Do little and often
Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying
