Evening everyone,
Had an OK day today apart from the two slices of white toast with beans (no W/M).
Can I ask for recommendations for fat free salad dressings?
I've not tried any brands before so rather than making expensive guesses at what looks good I though I'd ask the experts here. usually I'd have just a plain french (oil/vinegar /mustard) dressing but if anything else is particularly good I'll try it.
Sorry I have so little time to post at the moment, it should ease up a bit next week (she says hopefully!)0 -
Well i joined class again tonight and was made to feel very welcome and it was nice to be back. The new EE plan seems to be excellent for me, but can i ask a stupid question - i didnt think of it at class just thought after i read the book - can you have EE for just one day and chose green/red other days? I mean if you have EE you dont have to have it all week - to balance out do you?You can stand there and agonize........

Oops I just accidentently ate a mcdonalds cheeseburger - have looked online and its 15 syns! So thats me done for the days syns!
In my defence it could have been so much worse - I used to have a big mac meal and a cheeseburger and I havent had one for 8 long weeks! x x
I'm impressed :T I wouldn't have managed to show such willpower over a big mac meal!If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0 -

Just wanted to post my food for today, Green day today;
B - eggs x 2 / Bread (HEB)/Tomatoes
L - ddnt have any cos went to college
D - stir fry veg/quorn chunks/batchelors rice/blue dragin stir fry sauce (4 syns)
snacks - water/fruit/muller light/2 x Alpen Light (HEB)
HEA - milk
I was gutted that the blue dragon sauce I bought was about the highest syns I could find - 7.5 per sachet so I had half and will freeze half the meal for another day.
Im cooking for one this week so its sort of been easier as I have pleased myself, but when OH is home for Dinner next week it might be harder to cook something that both us and the kids can have, although I think EE is making my life easier :j
Im sooo tempted to weigh myself (after 3 days- lol) - but am trying to resist the urge!!
OOOO also just though walked my dog today for the first time in ages - OH usually does it - but did approx 4 miles taking 1.5 hours!!!

You can just have the one EE day - my consultant said you can do each plan once, so thats 5 days taken care of! The other two are your choice!0

:D
This would simply become an extra easy day.
You can eat freely from the red and green free food at any meal (and in between each meal too) - doesn't mean you have to - so if at lunch you only want food from the green list, then that's fine - if then dinner uses food from red and green, then your day becomes EE, so long as all day you have had 1A choice, and 1Bchoice (and you syn your 'extras') then all is well
You take syns from the lowest value available on an EE day.0 -

Is that right SC? I was under the impression that you could chose each day what you were going to have so if you wanted you could have 3 x EE, 2 x red and 2 x green if thats what suited....MFW 2010 Challenge (No 68) - £133.29/ £5000MFITT2 Challenge - (No 181) - Target Reduce mortgage to £130,000Mortgage @ 1.8.09 - £161160  @1.12.09 - £159052  @ 1.2.10 £157,3630
