You can eat freely from the red and green free food at any meal (and in between each meal too) - doesn't mean you have to - so if at lunch you only want food from the green list, then that's fine - if then dinner uses food from red and green, then your day becomes EE, so long as all day you have had 1A choice, and 1Bchoice (and you syn your 'extras') then all is well
You take syns from the lowest value available on an EE day.

Can one mix2match and EE on same day ? - so have either a red or green lunch and then an EE dinner ? and how would you work out your syns ?:D
Yes you can, I specifically asked my consultant this. You can have a red breakfast, a green lunch and an EE dinner - amazing!:j
Actually angielovesveg in post #722 explained it much better! When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
If anyone wants to join Slimming World there`s a free joining coupon in Woman magazine this week. Noticed it on my way back from rejoining slimming world yesterday. Hope it helps someone else.0

Unless of course you've used more than one HEA or HEB in breakfast and lunch (like toast for brekky and then a sandwich)....
On a side note - I've discovered that white Nimble is a HEB! Woooooooooooooooo!0 -

Is that right SC? I was under the impression that you could chose each day what you were going to have so if you wanted you could have 3 x EE, 2 x red and 2 x green if thats what suited....
'can' ... not .... 'have to'
what SC was saying was that if you chose to, you could do each plan just the once in a week, filling in the others as you wished.
or - in short answer, you can pick and choose from all the plans on a daily basis, as suits your requirements for the day.0 -

...but of course you can still have it as an EE day, simply synning your additional HE's at 6 syns each.....:cool:0 -
Hi everyone
I went back to class tonight & i've put on 4 1/2 pounds over the holidays
I'm loving the look of EE but it will take me a while to get my head around it(mixing red & green -Weird!)
Never mind i will be back on track 1st thing tomorrow.
I haven't posted for a while, so welcome all the newbies & rejoins & i wish all of us a lighter 2009

Thats what I meant - you don't HAVE to do any amount of any of the plans - you don't have to do 2 EE's you can do all red until next Christmas if you want with one EE on 21st June.0 -
