Oh dear - this is not great news - you will get bored so very quickly if you aren't eating what YOU want to eat.:o
With Slimming world, you can eat whatever you want - spicy, simple, quick, complicated - you name it
Firstly, start by working out what you *want* to eat, and then we can go from there ... (almost) anything can be fitted into this plan - honest!
Tonight I am having a chicken curry (posted earlier) with rice and spicy potatoes (all free on EE) and am sharing a bottle of champagne with hubby  :T Really tasty and not bad for a diet eh?!0 -
I am pleased to report that having been on holiday for a week, I have only gained 1.5lb (I had allowed myself a gain of up to 5 lb so I am very very pleased
:D ) I am still well in my target zone, so I still don't have to pay hooray!

I hope it was okay! That's the point where I just add red wine, I'm afraid - makes all things taste edible0 -

I'm sure I've seen on here some helpful soul post a kind of 'checklist' of things to look at if you're not losing weight (like drinking enough, for example). I'm getting frustrated that my weight loss has stopped, even though I tried superspeed last week
I think I need to go back to basics.

If you havent done so well could be worth posting a food diary on here, one of us will go through it for you & pick out any problems. Could be something really simple. Dont lose heart tho, it will work for you, it's just a matter of getting your head around it all.

To be honest that looks pretty good.
Things like varying your healthy extras can help, drinking plenty of water, making sure you weigh anything that does need weighing. So easy to get 28g totally wrong!
Keeping a food diary helps & making sure you use your syns, they're there to be used an enjoyed. On one of my other SW attampts I found if i didnt use my syns I wouldn't lose.
My best suggestion is to go back to basics, do everything like it was your 1st week. Eat lots, thats the best thing about SW!
Hope some of this helps! :T0
