Well, it was worth checking, but sorry to have spooked you0 -
well, weigh in today, for my first week i lost a whopping 0lb, really pi"*ed off, stuck to the plan 100%. not a happy bunny!
Oh Ditsy - bug hugs <<<>>>:grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:
What did your consultant have to say?? I assume that you are eating the right stuff, but would you like us to check the odd plan for you? Remember to hand in your food diary each week - you get all your money back if you don't lose, and as I am aware, they haven't had to do it yet
I know it is reeeeealy hard to stay motivated at times like this, but if you are following it 100%, then you *will* see results - maybe it is all going to fall off next week, and you were just slow to get it moving.
What can we do to help?0 -

It is definitely good to keep on toes. I wasn't 100% sure as i had to check, but had it been syns, like the corned beef, i would have been the first to complain if i hadn't lost so no probs
Blast - bought jelly tots thinking 5 syns but have feeling they are the 42g bag which is 7.5 - going to pick out all the yukky green ones for the kids lol and weigh em to check down to 28g and therefore 5syns he he. lolDFW since JAN 2009 - 2014 will be the year i finally clear debtsJust to see which month

Hi there
just wondering if anyone uses their slow cooker to make some SW friendly meals? all my old fav's tend to have a good slug of wine or floured meat etc in them
I am just after some ideas of what to cook really?
today I am trying out pork casserole with leaks & mushrooms & I am going to add a tin of chickpeas then serve with loads of steamed veg & maybe some mash (if I cam feeling greedy which no doubt I will be :rotfl:) as you may have guessed its an EE day today
