Noope, 'cos i ate it yesterday
I can make syn free curry, i just bought it to have around a while ago, thinking it would be easy to make something quickly for visitors. only i got skint and had it myself over a couple of days instead!going over the syns is a variety of things, not just the sauce. I'm all to eager to lose the plot when i haven't been to class the previous week
Even allowing myself to go up to 15 every day i'm still not inside for the last 2 days :rotfl:

Does anyone know how many syns in a slice of chocolate cake - the kind you get in fancy tea rooms? Smothered in buttercream... the only syns values I can find are per ounce and I'm not planning on weighing it.0

I have a pork casserole bubbling away in the slow cooker - only problem is I have just tasted it & its is rubbish - now I am wondering what I can add to give it a nicer flavour - so far it has pork, leeks & mushrooms in a little stock & mustard & a tin of chick peas
- any suggestions welcomed the lower the syns the better of course
