sorry to bump my own post but i re-read this & worried it seemed a little rude - I didn't really introduce myself or anything :o so here i go again :o

i am starting SW on thursday & am very excited, i did it before about 5years ago but gave up & have let all the weight pile back on & some more :o

i have 3 children - the youngest being 7wks old & i am desperate to loose weight for my health & so that i can enjoy running around after my children :D

I have bought the latest sw mag today & am already planning my meals for next week & can not wait to get back into things - going to give EE a go (does anyone doe this all the time or do most of you chop & change?)

anyway I look forward to getting to know you all over the coming months

Hello :hello::hello::hello: all the very best of luck xx

We have a taster evening tomorow night in class so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for something cheap and quick to make I don't mind if its sweet. I'm not a very good cook so don't want to embarrass myself. Thanks :D

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Shelley - packet of sugar free jelly made up to a pint, when cool, stir in a muller (flavours to match or compliment) and then blend. Leave to set (in individual bowls or one big one) et voila! Lovely mousse (sometimes there's a jelly base with mousse on top depending on how much you blend it but I think that's a bonus!) HUGE bowl - 2 syns!

potatoes don't have to be synned on red day, use your healthy B choice,227g baked potato, keep skin on, put in micro till soft, try and cool a little ,slice (like scollops) and fry in frylight .... yummy and done in half the time of sw chips
