I'm starting at group again tonight!

    I've joined SW groups 4 times (I think) 5th time lucky p'raps? ;)

I really like the sound of the Extra Easy plan - it should be easier to fit in with family life.

    Anyhoo, fingers crossed for tonight.

Good luck to anyone else having a WI.

    :)

    Thanks bjb!

Good luck for tonight for you too.

I was wondering about the eating before going. Previously I've stopped eating at lunchtime as I'm worried it'll have a negative impact on my weight loss. Silly really! Hope all goes well at group.

Hi Ann, not to worry, I'm much the same as far as being computer-savvy :D

If you go to the Health Resource forum (part of Money Saving in Marriages etc) look at the top left (or even bottom left) of the list of subjects and you'll see a 'New Post' button. Click on that and write your question in the box. Click 'submit reply' and sit back and wait for the replies :D
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
