Hi All,
Bjb: Could you have water instead? Full sugar squash has quite a few syns, seems a shame to use them on that!
I'm trying EE this week to see how it goes. We had a couple of people at class last night that had been trying EE and maintained when they felt they should have lost, but it came out that they weren't filling 1/3 their plate with speed foods.
My consultant made a delish meal - I had my 2yr old daughter with me and she loved it! She ate every morsel, will definitely be trying it at home.
1 pack savoury golden rice
1 tub VLF cottage cheese
2 Eggs
1 can tuna
Cooked savoury rice as per instructions, mixed in the drained tuna, cottage cheese and whisked eggs - baked in oven until set.
It was lovely cold and great for picnic/lunch etc.
Apols if this has already been posted here.
It was all free on EE but could easily be adapted.
I really need to do an online shop today to make sure I have all the foods in that we need.
Hope everyone is ok.October shopping challenge - £3000 -

sadly already had one large jug of squash  I think I'll just chalk it up to experience for today & make sure I get the correct stuff in over the w/e - water I am afraid doesn't do it for me & I'd struggle to drink 1 or 2 glasses, hey ho I'll et there

Thanks. Any ideas yet? Would be much appreciated.
