Hi Natalie, and welcome :T Your meal plan for today looks good, I was a bit confused by your healthy extra posting, do be aware that you are allowed most mullerlights for free not as a healthy A.

On a red day you can cook your potatoes however you like (fry light chips, jacket, mash, wedges etc) but do leave the skin on, because that's the bit with the fibre that you need as your healthy Extra.

Well done, stick at it :T I'm a mostly green days person so can't help with red really, but I'm sure some of our other members will.

Does anybody know off the top of their head which tinned steak is free or very low syns? Ta!

    Hi all,
    Today's meals were/are:

B - running late, so had to skip it
    S - banana
L - Sainsbury's Be Good to yourself Coronation Chicken Sandwich Filler (OH bought this, and I've no idea how many syns are in it. I'm counting 6 for 2 tbsp, but that's a complete guess)
    2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB)
    2 X Apple - Free
D - Prawn and Chive Omlette with cheese salad - Free, HEA

I've got college this evening, so I don't have much time to myself. I may have a slice of toast when I get in, but it depends on time.
I'm weighing on Friday, so I'm hoping to loose 1.25 lbs to get me to the 2 stone mark, but will be happy with STS as I had a bad weekend.

Your consultant gives you a password for the online syn directory - other tools too like a weight loss graph. There are some takeaway/eating out bits at the back of the small syn section in your Food Optimising book which you got on your first class (the red/green one)
