I am fairly sure that turkey mince is free (I also have seen it in free recipes)- turkey is a very lean meat anyway.

Thanks Angie I was just confused as extra lean steak mince is under 5/6 % fat but turkey is 10% and lean steak mince is 12% so not much difference between turkey and lean mince

Well done Boddy and Spiritofthesouthwest, also well done to all other losers and stay the samers. :T :T

I myself have lost a further 1 lb, taking me to my stone award. :j :D , and all in 6 weeks.

Plenty still to lose but glad to have reached a major milestone, and have actually since last april now lost over stone and a half (sw rejoin end jan 09).

I am aware of the long road to keep off what I have lost and have major respect for those on here who have lost loads and kept it off, it is so easy to fall back into old ways, but i have certainly found the support on here and all the yummy recipe ideas are helping.

Good Luck to everyone for next week. Lets all be :A !!!!

    Activia yoghort (low fat) free
    ............................................................

Just a quick note, The fat Free ones are free but I think the low fat ones have a syn value between 1 -3 depending on which one. HTH
