I'm just cooking (for dinner tomorrow) the 'Moroccan Lamb' from the smallrecipe book that came with the mag.
Off out tonight for dinner at another MSE members house, she says she's cooking what will be for me a green day.
Had a really good day, haven't felt hungry at all today, think I am on a high!

Assuming you are on a green day -

    lunch was free food

HB chicken (remember to weigh it!),
    HB ricotta cheese
    unlimited rice

From what you have written you have now had both B choices for the day. remember to have at least one extra A choice today ... eg milk or A choice cheese. (ricotta counts as a B not an A)

... as for me I gained 1/2lb at weigh in. I would have liked to maintain, but at least it was no more than that, I am still in my target 'zone'

This week I shall be extra extra good :A, probably doing Success Express for a few days, and generally increasing my superfree foods on the other days. I shall drink lots of water and dream of a 2 1/2 lb loss which would bring me back under my target weight (in the lower half of my target zone), ready for a long weekend away :D
