Yes quorn sausages are free on green as are the quorn chicken pieces and mince, these are pretty good in currys and bolgnaise. i recommend getting loads of fat free yoghurts like mullers and shape lasting satisfaction. Asda have a deal on Activia yoghurts its 2 for £3.oo, this includes the 8 packs that are normally £2.98 each. the fat free ones are all free.
Alpen light bars are goos for a sweet snack, I like choc and fudge, they are all 3 syns each or 2 as a healthy extra B.
Jaffa cakes are only 2 1/2 syns each. i usually have kit kats in as they are 5 1/2 syns each and usually fill me choclatty needs lol.
I also like having a options hot chocolate sachet or 2 also to quench my chocolate cravings, they are 2 1/2 syns each.
hope some of that helps, im sure someone can give you loads more ideas.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

I'm not a fan of the quorn sausages, but lots of other people like them. I got some quorn mince in the fridge to try out as I'd love a bit chilli and rice on a green, so I'm hoping I can get on ok with it. For snacks, I like the Alpen Light cereal bars - you get 2 of these as a B choice and the summer fruits ones are really good.

Im not a huge fan of quorn sausages either, but they are not too bad in a casserole, they tend not to be as dry then. Ive also tried chilli ones I think they were (or was it cumberland?) they were far better than the plain ones imo. but everyone has different tastes, I find them dry and a funny texture but I think it was Jemmabe who loves the texture, so each to their own, i guess you have to experiment. variety is definently the key to SW.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0
