Hi Passata is free but tom puree isnt im afraid, 1/2 syn for 1 Tbsp, so not too bad
Yes its the raw weight you have. Its 228g if i remember correctly and I always find it tiny lol. thats why I love Extra easy, you can have 12 potatoes if you want along with your beef curry.

As for supper you could have, 2 slices of toast (wm from 400g loaf) with jam, 6 syns for the bread than a couple of syns for jam.

or save the syns for another day and have Marions syn free pancakes (recipe on last 2 pages I think) and syn some syrup.

For supper I usually have SW chips with fromage frais dip (free on green or EE) or I will have saved an HEb for toast

I hope that all helps rather than confuse you lol.

    1/2lb off this week.

Doing a red day today as theres so much fish and meat in the freezer.

I want to try EE but like some others feel deprived of HEs straight away even though I know I can syn them and I dont use all my Syns anyway.

Its a mental block obviously but Ive been looking at the new magazine and will try the menues from that next week.

Its that activia ones I was referring to mainly - but you've made me wonder about the Danone Shape ones! All the Lasting Satisfaction ones are free - does that cover all Shape?
  • haha I'm not sure Catt - I think so but not certain.

    Well done on your choices..
It looks fine to me too owens, i wouldnt worry too much about having too much bread at this stage afterall it is only day 1 as long as you stay in your syns allowance and HEB's you should be OK.
Maybe in the future if your weightloss slows down i would take the bread out to see if it makes a difference or not.
